Le PAPRIPACT est li\u00e9 \u00e0 deux autres obligations :&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prevensys.sarahksikes.com\/document-unique\">le document unique <\/a>et le rapport annuel SSCT<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;du chef d\u2019entreprise. Il doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au CSE annuellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le PAPRIPACT : \u00e0 quoi sert-il ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PAPRIPACT doit&nbsp;<strong>d\u00e9finir les mesures de pr\u00e9vention \u00e0 mettre en place dans le d\u00e9tail<\/strong>, leurs conditions d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, les d\u00e9lais, les responsables de la mise en place des actions et leurs co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00f4le des \u00e9lus est d\u00e9cisif dans le plan d\u2019action, en effet&nbsp;<strong>le CSE a un pouvoir de proposition et d\u2019arbitrage<\/strong>, auquel l\u2019employeur ne peut se soustraire.
